Ratings, stated plainly
A 3 tonne jack lifts up to 3 tonnes. The sockets fit 17, 19, 21 and 23mm nuts. The numbers you need to check are on the page, not buried.
A small, honest range of car accessories: the cabin, the outside, and the boot kit you hope stays unopened. Delivered across the UK.
We keep the range small on purpose, so every product here solves a problem that turns up in ordinary driving rather than in a workshop.

The tyre inflator tops tyres up and will not seat a bead. The code reader names the system, not the failed part. We say so before you buy.
Handled in 24 to 48 hours, then 5 to 7 days to your door, sent tracked. A flat £25 applies below the threshold, shown in the basket before you pay.
Everything we sell is a stock item, so the full statutory cancellation right applies to all of it, plus another 14 days to send it back.
How to change a wheel safely, why you check tyres cold, and why clearing a fault code before an MOT can fail you. Written at the foot of each product.
Email us and someone who knows the products answers, usually within one working day. No call centres and no scripts.
Six of the twelve, so you can see what kind of shop this is.
Most car accessory shops sell everything and know nothing about any of it. We sell twelve things. This page is the short version of how we think about them, and how to pick what is actually worth keeping in your car.
The useful way to choose is not by category but by failure. A car strands you for three common reasons: the battery is flat, a tyre is flat, or a warning light has appeared and you do not know how serious it is. A jump starter, an inflator and a code reader cover all three, and between them they cost less than one recovery callout.
Everything else is comfort. Worth having, but not the same order of priority.
The single most common mistake with car kit is buying something rated below the job. A jack has a tonnage. A wrench has socket sizes. An inflator has a pressure it will reach and a duty cycle it will tolerate. A roof bag is limited not by its own size but by your car's maximum roof load, which is in your handbook and is lower than most people expect.
We put those numbers on the product page rather than in the small print, because checking them against your own vehicle takes two minutes and prevents the only genuinely dangerous mistakes on this site.
A tyre inflator tops up a tyre that is already on the rim. It will not seat a bead on a fresh tyre and it is not a workshop compressor for air tools.
A code reader tells you which system logged a fault. It does not tell you which part has failed, and a code naming a sensor is as often a problem the sensor is reporting as a faulty sensor.
A jump start gets the engine running. It does not repair a battery at the end of its life or find something draining it overnight.
We would rather write that down than have you find out at the roadside.
The commonest complaint about emergency kit is that it was flat, buried or missing when it was needed. A jump starter left in a boot for two years is not a jump starter, it is ballast.
Top up anything with a battery a few times a year, check it before a long trip or a cold snap, and keep it where you can reach it without unloading the whole boot.
Interior accessories work on behaviour rather than engineering. A bin gets used if it is within reach and ignored if it is in the boot. A seat gap filler works because it removes the reason you reach down while driving, which is the part that actually matters. A vacuum gets used if it is cordless and gets ignored if it needs an extension lead out of a window.
Placement decides whether any of it is worth owning.
If you are not sure whether something fits your car, or whether a rating covers your vehicle, ask before you buy. It is a short email and it is a great deal easier than sending something back. You can reach us at theteam@myautoshop.co.uk.

Online Auto Company (myautoshop.co.uk) is a UK online car accessories store from Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, selling a deliberately small range across three categories. Interior accessories cover a two pack seat gap filler, a cordless handheld car vacuum, a two pack car bin and a battery powered cabin scent unit. Exterior accessories cover a windscreen cover for frost and sun and a waterproof roof cargo bag of 0.42 cubic metres. Safety and emergency tools cover a portable jump starter, a 3 tonne 3-in-1 electric jack kit with an electric wheel wrench, a 12V tyre inflator with automatic shut off, an OBD2 fault code reader, a digital timing light and a roadside assistance kit. Ratings matter and are published on each product page: the jack is rated to 3 tonnes with sockets for 17mm, 19mm, 21mm and 23mm wheel nuts, the inflator tops tyres up rather than seating a bead, and the code reader identifies the system reporting a fault rather than the failed part. Every product is a stock item rather than made to order. Delivery is UK wide, free on orders over £75 and otherwise £25, arriving in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
